Old Mutual Acquisition Campaign

About This Project

We were asked to develop a campaign to capture and update the family details of Old Mutual’s existing client base.

To achieve this, we ran a Mothers Day / Fathers Day competition sent via an email to 40 000 account holders.

To increase engagement, customers were asked to complete sentences, as if they were booking holiday accommodation for their family.



Old Mutual received over 10% responses adding an additional 10 000 new family members to their records.
